| Muri Beach Club Hotel (MBCH) is a brand
new four star plus, adults only facility, magnificently placed on
Rarotonga's premier site on Muri Beach lagoon. The site is a little under
one hectare (9206sqm) and will enjoy a new 60 year lease from 1 July 2006. MBCH was built to support an eventual complement of 60 plus rooms. Currently there are 30 rooms but all infrastructure for the larger complex: restaurant, bars, pool, courtyard, reception, offices, shop, beauty and spa, lounge, sewage treatment, POS networking, telephone system, surveillance, roading etc, is in place. All that is required to bring the complex to a fully functional 60 plus rooms hotel is a further investment in those additional rooms. The owners of MBCH are therefore seeking expressions of interest from potential investors to examine and discuss the level of equity participation and different options which will achieve this objective or some other arrangement of mutual interest.
